Shipping Policy:

All products are guaranteed to ship within 5 business days of order. Most ship within 24 hours. We reserve 5 business days in case the order is complex or large. We typically use Fedex or UPS. In either case a tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of order. After 14 days a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. After 30 days we will not accept a return.

Warranty:

We warrant this product to be free from defect for 12 months after the purchase date. We will repair any defects free of charge. If unit is to be sent back to us... Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer to ship to us. We will cover the return shipping back to the customer.
